1. What information we collect
When you submit a trial booking through our contact form, we collect the following information about your child: first and last name, date of birth, gender, current school, experience level, preferred training days, and any medical conditions or allergies you disclose.
We also collect your details as a parent or guardian: first and last name, email address, and mobile number.
2. How we use your information
The information you provide is used solely to confirm your child's trial session, communicate logistics (venue, time, kit), and place your child in the most suitable training group.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.
3. How your data is transmitted
Our contact form does not store your data on any server. When you click 'Send to WhatsApp', your browser opens WhatsApp with the form details pre-filled as a message sent directly to our admin team. The data travels through WhatsApp's own encrypted infrastructure.
By using this form you are also subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
4. Session photography
Training sessions and match days are occasionally photographed or filmed by The Football Lab for use in academy communications, social media, and promotional materials.
By consenting on the booking form you give us permission to include your child in such content. If you would like to withdraw this consent at any time, please contact us directly and we will ensure your child is not featured in future media.
5. Data retention
We retain parent and player contact details only for as long as your child is enrolled with The Football Lab, or until you ask us to remove them.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at thefootball.labcmb@gmail.com.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and your child, request corrections, or ask us to delete it entirely.

7. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page. If we make significant changes we will notify enrolled families directly.
